New Canaan Connecticut based Moran Towing Corporation's Baltimore based tug Cape Romain is at it's Fells Point pier awaiting its next assignment on January 8th 2008. It should be noted that this pier (Baltimore City Pier) and more importantly the head of the pier was used significantly in the aclaimed tv series Homicide: Life on the Streets.
And yes, the water really was that color on the day I shot this picture...
