Westbound, KVK - New York, New York.
Built by Moss Point Marine of Escatawpa, MS. In 1998. She was built for Turecamo Maritime as the Scott Turecamo, after Turecamo was acquired by Moran Towing Corp. In 2005, she was fitted with a new tower and pilothouse. The Scott was the third U.S. application of the INTERcon "C" coupler system. This involved extensive internal hull modifications, as well as finite element analysis for the modified structure to fit the notch on her new barge. She is married to the 425' (ft) 118,000 bbl barge New Hampshire that was built at Bay Ship of Wisconsin. She is assigned to Moran Towing of New York and New Jersey.
