The Cutlass is a bulk cargo ship. It used to bring latex into Borden Remington before they switched to silicon and it may bring that in now too. It has tanks below decks for liquid or dry bulk. I've docked this ship and it's sister ship the Harbell Tapper when I worked at Mass Towing.
