The former Russian Submarine museum Juliett 484 is seen moored offshore in the Port of Providence, RI where the sub is slowly being dismantled for scrap at the Metals Recycling shipbreaking site. The tugs PATRICE McALLISTER and SOUTHERN CROSS can also be seen being dismantled.
